This wine is made from three grape varieties with give it its distinctive character: Semillon for lushness and refinement, Sauvignon Blanc for fruit and freshness and Muscadelle for roundness.

Burgundy
Pouilly Fuissé  Louis Latour  2008
A beautiful golden color with green reflections. The Pouilly-Fuissé gives ripe fruits aromas: peach apricot and grapes. On the palate, this subtle and refined wine has a very long length. This wine can be enjoyed now or within a few years.

Petit Chablis  Moreau & Fils 2007
A perfumed nose of mint and licorice. Fresh, supple and very fruity with Flavors of grapefruit peel.

Chablis  Louis Latour 2007 
An elegant, well-balanced wine with a delicate, almost ploral nose, following by a long complex finish.

Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons Moreau & Fils 2006  
Elegant and fat with flavours of toasted almond, crystallized ginger and spices.
Good acidity and minerality.

Chablis  Premier Cru Fourchaume Moreau & Fils 2007
This wine presents a good balance between acidity and sugar, with notes of bitter orange peel.

Chardonnay d’Ardèche Louis Latour 2008
A golden coloured chardonnay with light green reflection, this vintage dazzles us with its complex aromas of hoeny and exotic fruits. Powerful and fat, this wine is best enjoyed with fish !

Puligny - Montrachet  Louis Latour   2006
A racy, woody character wine, with grilled almond and hazelnut aromas. It is lively, with a slightly tart green almond finish. It is fat yet has good acidity.

Meursault   Louis Latour  2007 
The wine is full in the mouth and well-structured showing exotic fruitiness and a nutty, spicy character.

Loire
Sancerre  Moreau & Fils 2007  
Wild nose with vegetal and slightly mentholated notes. Fresh and mineral at first, it is rather fat and delicate on the palate, with flavours of white peach and hints of citrus zest.

De Ladoucette Baron de L Pouilly Fumé  2005 
Lovely elegance here, with floral, stone, chalk and white peach flavors augmented by touches of smoke and nuts . Flavors build on the finish, where the texture gains depth and creaminess. Nice definition. Impressive.

Le Deux Tours Sauvignon Blanc De Ladoucette 2007
This wine has an expressive nose with an exceptional range of grapefruit and  citrus fruit with floral aromas. These notes are enhanced and strengthened by the lively acidy on the palate with plenty of body, richness, roundness and complemented by a smooth finish.
